A Reading of Might Could, winner of the 20th Anthony Hecht Poetry Prize

In early celebration of Might Could by Anna Lena Phillips Bell, a reading will be held at the Folger Theater in Washington, DC.

Might Could is the winner of the 20th Anthony Hecht Poetry Prize, awarded annually for poetry collections. Contest judge Shane McCrae (Pulling the Chariot of the Sun, In the Language of My Captor) selected Bell’s work and will be reading as well.

The reading will be followed by a book signing in the Great Hall.
